We are currently looking for a Client Service Representative to join our Driver Safety team in Madison, WI.

Job Duties:

  • Respond to inquiries via email or phone
  • Provide account information as requested
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, problems and complaints regarding services
  • Process and contact new clients to review and set-up their specific account/services
  • Work with customers to establish and maintain relationship
  • Gather web access level information and documents from the customer
  • Data entry and validation
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding our service, products and processes.
  • Recognize and correct inconsistencies in data and documents.


  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)

This is an hourly position with starting pay ranging between $17 – $19

Work Location: In office. This is NOT a remote position.
